25th July 2025, An interaction was held with the Head of the Divisional Forest Office, Rakesh P. Chandrabanshi, at the secretariat building of Rotary Club of Hetauda on the topics of tree plantation, environment and conservation.
The program was attended by the office bearers, Charterer members, past presidents and members of the club. The forest officer who participated in the interaction provided important information about the selection of suitable species for tree plantation, the right time of planting, soil conditions, irrigation management and conservation measures.
The interaction was held by understanding that one person should commit to planting one tree and should try not to destroy the habitat of wildlife, not to hunt and to protect the natural environment.
