With the aim of enhancing smooth mobility and improving the quality of life of the people with disability, Rotary Club of Hetauda distributed wheel chairs to two handicapped individuals at Gordoi and Banaspati, Hetauda on July 9, 2023. Mr. Nabin Sigdel and Mr. Pemba Lama, Ward Chairs, Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City ward no. 4 and 13 respectively and Club President Rtn. Swagat Raj Pyakurel along with club members reached each individual’s residence and handed over the wheel chairs. Ms. Chet Kumari Thapa, 58, from Hetauda-13, Banaspati sparkled when placed on the chair. Likewise, Ms. Nanimaya Deula, residing at Gordoi, Hetauda-4 also radiated with sheer pleasure while receiving the chair. Members of their family expressed gratitude and joy at receiving the mobility aids and said their life would experience a profound difference.
